I have used Bill Turners letters/notices in Ireland, UK and Australia which have worked to date. You just need to replace the NZ legislation that Bill uses for each scenario with the aussie legislation in your case. I use AI (Microsoft CoPilot) to help find legislation but make sure and always double check before using it as it can give incorrect info depending on the AI you use. Agents will test you and continue sending correspondence but if you stand your ground and maintain your position they will go away after a few letters.
