How would you interact and contract when you need hospital treatment, or a benefit or education. Do you think it might be possible to just learn how to use your transmitting utility (birth certificate name, student id) as your agent in commerce when you need it for hospital, education etc and if any entity such as education providers, govt, councils etc are trying to force their legislation/rules or offers of business on to you without your consent to give a conditional acceptance as a living wo/man (evidenced by an unrebutted affidavit, or by them agreeing you are a wo/man as your second witness), requiring them to prove their authority over you?
