It also discloses a non-exhaustive list of respondents to target to optimise the effect of your exemption to provision of your personal information digitally, effectively circumventing the requirement for provision of ID digitally in order to access benefits and privileges that otherwise is precluded to those who refuse to provide their personal information in digital format.
