    Hi everyone,

Just got referred to Mark from a lovely account I just met a couple of weeks ago & started looking at the module webinars. I have council/sheriff’s after me & my late father re: not paying Council Rates since 2020.

I am very interested if anyone knows exactly what Mark means when he speaks about protections on your property like a monument…. I had my father buried on my property on the 17.03.2013 – all approved by local council – permit to burial issued on the 13.03.2013 – so hence I have a monument-grave site -head stone marked out with a white picket fence.

I have heard people say to me, having a grave/cemetery on the property means it can’t be taken, sold out from under you by council (I can see now that because the property was transferred to me & I never signed a contract of any description, and I have never paid the rates since they came into my straw name in 2020, I have not contracted with council). I would like to know if anyone knows anything of real substance about having a grave/cemetery/monument….& if you could point me in the right direction as to gain knowledge on it. I am feeling the heat of sheriff’s again now & I need to have the knowledge first, I’m really not sure what to do…….. I want to hold my ground & not cave in, but most of all I don’t want to lose the properties. Is there anyway of getting this email to Mark personally for some assistance….I feel it maybe a little uneek with the grave.

My email is: crown_regina@proton.me (I think it’s wrong on my login has a underscore btw regina & proton….)

    A little bit of back story;

My property was transfered to me via my fathers will, it was purchased in 1978 for cash, so never had a mortgage & since then has need been borrowed against.

In the Probate process (caried out in 2015) my fathers old solicitor transferred the main portion of land (the lot my father is buried on – 30 acres) to me. It wasn’t until 2020 when it was finalization at the Land Registry Office & officially in my name (I had solicitor probs & fee payment discrepancies, so I had to involve another solicitor, hence the delay). Then I discovered that dad’s old solicitor had missed transferring another small portion of land (1551sqm different lot number) into my name & it is still in my late fathers name.

When both lots were in my fathers name (prior to him passing) both lot’s were on the same council rates notice.

2020 my first annual council rates charges came to me, 1 lot in my name & the other lot in my fathers – the cost was more because the 1551sqm had a minimum rate but when it was together with the main lot didn’t occur that minimum. So I called the council & explained what happened & asked them to add them together & they wouldn’t, they told me I had to sort out with my solicitor. I was over solicitor’s, so I just left it for 12 months.

Then the CONVID shit show happened & I woke up…. also in that 2021/2022 period council allowed extra time to pay rates because of CONVID hardship & so I left them. And then in the next 12 month period I discovered bits of info from everywhere (spent alot of time in Canberra prior & after the millions march)….. October of 2022 I took the MAGNA CARTA Oath – as I had done some study & I found it the best option at that stage.

2023 – Debt recoveries chased & chased me & my late father (for outstanding rates) & then filed a statement of claim (for & my late Father) & I rec’d a court order for an examination notice (I never went to court, just bcos I was arrested in end 22 for filming in court & went to my mention & wouldn’t joinder to the name & the mag run straight to a hearing from a mention & fined me – I have never paid that fine & it is now on my property title as an interest, just under $6K. That’s a whole other issue I need to sort out) so i decided I would never set foot in another court room, so I never went to court with recoveries.

Using the MAGNA CARTA I sent the mayor of the council & the debt recovery 5 lawful notices. I did receive 1 response letter from recoveries but not in substance to the detailed 23 questions, plus they spelt my surname incorrectly so I sent it back to them saying it wasn’t for me. From this point on I would hear people deliver me the fear porn, they will sell your property & for some reason I just couldn’t see how because I looked at what I signed to have the property transferred over to me & nothing about having to pay rates & with the bit’s of info I heard re: referendum’s, contact I thought let’s just see what happens……..

Then multiple summons to court dates came via process servers coming & just sitting at my gate at the no trespass sign & then they would just leave a yellow envelop in my letterbox not even sealed with my name hand written on it. Everything came for me & for my late Father….

I even filed a complaint with the Department of fair trading re the council sending me a letter stating they where coming onto my property (noted the date & time) to check on my companion animals. I emailed council my trespass notice & fee schedule & told them I had lodged a complaint & they were not coming onto my property & they never did. When I lodged the complaint with fair trade I noted that I had never contracted with council and referenced the 5 lawful notices that I had never had a response to. They wrote back advising me it wasn’t in there jurisdiction.

    Some fun facts:

I would RTS letters to the D.L.O (dead letter office) when they would come with no return to sender address, recoveries got sneaky….(my local mail man told me about it, that’s what he does when can’t deliver & no RTS address, it go to an office in sydney, I asked at the Post office about it & they said that’s right, I was after there address but they didn’t know it, it’s not apart of Australia Post, I asked was it a branch of ASIO…. he he he…

Through a friend that works for the council on the road repairs team, they have a list (a black list) of properties not to enter onto or engage in conversation with the owner. I’m on the list. But I always talk to the road crew I’ve known plenty of them for years they are good guys & there’s a few awake….

I am completely of grid, I have no rego or license (got cancelled because I didn’t pay the recording in court fine (now an interest on the property- would like get that off also), no bank accounts, took my super out, only pay in cash, I retired in 2022 & I don’t get any government payments). I am married, the property is in my maiden name, so I’m thinking they may come after my husband everything else we own is in this name….. I’m thinking I should get a divorce, anyone have any ideas on that?

    Kind regards,

    Marika
