00:01:23 dail bird: Q: what could a response be to a council lawyer when they ask “ How is it that you rely on sections of the Bills of Exchange act to alter a council rates notice, when that act only applies to bills of exchange?
00:02:07 Daisy Doone: QUESTION…. When serving a Notice to admit facts to the court and to the claimants lawyers, you said you need to do an affidavit of service, do you do this at one and the same time to the court and to the lawyers? Would you just say notice to admit facts was served to such and such, on date such and such? Could it be that short? Is this what you mean. Can you serve it on them by registered mail and put that postal courier number on that affidavit as proof it was posted/served?
00:02:24 Daisy Doone: QUESTION … why does one do a Notice to Admit Facts, when you have already done an affidavit, which has been served prior to the serving of the notice to admit facts. And which they have to rebut point for point, Why then do both? And I guess you always do the notice to admit facts after you have done the affidavit?
Can they serve A Notice to disputing the facts, like the affidavit, be served on you as you are going up the court steps to the hearing/proceeding? Then what would you say to the judge when you went it?

Answered to the name when called and expressed I reserve my rights under duress, etc. & stated my non-consent verbally. Judge says he read my affidavit & notice of non-consent. Then he tricked me. He said: you are not participating so you can go … I found out later he adjourned to October to which I would have expressed my non-consent. 01:35:07 Kevin: COMMENT: We are not the person who the census is addressed to i.e. “TO THE RESIDENT”. We also would be committing mail fraud if we open mail not addressed to us. The word “compulsory” doesn’t appear in the Census & Statistics Act 1905.
