00:43:52 User: Q: how do i tackle a fraudulent parking infringement i have sent a appeal 3 times but they wont stop. i made a complaint against the council to the ombundsman but apparently they dont solve complaints regarding parking infringements. Furthermore i have a disability the council have discriminated and treated me wrongly during the appeal which would be a federal offence under the commonwealth disablity discrimination act 1992. Also they violated their own city of swan code of conduct.

00:44:33 User: Q: I did the accepted for value money order for a urban utilities bill but they say they ONLY accept money orders from australia post.Which is pathetic as my money order is supported by federal legislation and they failed to give me a sworn affidavit and retained the money order for more than 72hrs

00:47:19 Jasmine Harte: Q) I had 2 blocks on russel island and the council auctioned them off after 2 years and 9 months of not paying rates I paid for them cash and they were vacant blocks with no services provided not even a sealed road. I haven’t done anything about this yet as I don’t know what to do. they emailed me in may saying we may take action one in oct saying it was up for auction next month and one in oct saying its sold I didn’t log in to this email for a few months so I found out too late. the bastards made me mow the block because of ‘fire hazard’ then I see they took photos for the sale just after I did so. Please help what are the first steps I take.
