Q…Did you mean put it in my Notice & Demand for Payment of Debt? Note I will serve them a Statutory Demand for Payment of Debt (21 days to respond) where I beleive they will not pay the debt for damages owing from my invoice.

Q…What content would you be putting in this Statement of Claim for them discriminating against me by refusing me entry under the Chief Health Officer’s Covid-19 contact tracing direction?

00:04:00 https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82019936954: I just want to clarify what I asked you last time where I loaned a company money and in return they agreed to pay me interest on the loan and give me other benefits too (additional financial & non-financial benefits). It was actually the company who gave the offer which I accepted and not me.

Q…Given that it is still a private agreement, then despite the company writing up the contract, it is still the productivity of my labour as I am risking my money in lending it to them to make a return and therefore I don’t have to report it in my tax return. Correct?

After sending the 3rd audit PAP letter I called the ato to find out where my last 3 years of returns are, why they haven’t provided a notice of assessment, to return the productivity of my labour immediately and I don’t consent to any audits and to set up a round table meeting with legal and the second commissioner immediately if he believes im reckless after I signed the back saying it’s true .. the agent said no we won’t be doing that and we will ignore your letters and hung up.

The next day, last Tuesday I called and made a complaint about the above and this has been on going for 3 years and to either front up or shut up and return my property. It was a 50min call ..

She asked what outcome I’d like and I said account to zero and return my property immediately and honour my tax returns as submitted and now I’ve expressed I know you know what you do leave me alone and put a note saying that’s how I do my returns and leave me alone ..

Does this sound like a win or what should I say if they call ?

00:11:05 https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82019936954: In my sports discrimination matter, I served the Association President & the club President by email to a general email address (and sent to former law firm representing them) as I couldn’t obtain his home address from the electoral roll and he doesn’t have an email address on the club’s website. This is the only email address the club uses. When I wrote my letters previously, I was cc’ing him in my letters to the sports association President. I also informed them in my email that I was sending a copy of my N&D for Further & Better Particulars by express post.

Q…Do you think the Court would have an issue with my method of serving the club President?

The lady who took the complaint could see all the credits added to my account but it was paying off some mystery debt so I said you cannot have a hidden debt being charged , run around regardless of how my returns were filled out retaining my property , they create conditions in conducive to life , if I’ve been reckless lake me to court and prove it..
